Apollonia Business Solutions LLC, a business consulting firm

founded in October 2004 by William S. Barker, who brings a 26 year

career as chief of contracts for several U.S. Navy commands, including

two assignments overseas, Technical Director for the Navy's Fleet and

Industrial Supply Center in Washington, DC, and as Acting Chief of

Contracts for the Library of Congress.

Apollonia Business Solutions' vision is to fulfill the ever demanding

need by Government agencies for expertise that understands the

special challenges faced by federal agencies with the tremendous

talent held by former civilian government and military who have either

retired from government or left government to pursue other lines of

work.

Apollonia Business Solutions prides itself with having the ability to
