as producing only the highest quality products.

Each product we make is, and always will be, hand cut and
assembled to ensure the utmost precision.

Arizona Templates is a small family owned
manufacturing company specializing in an innovative
new underground electrical conduit device. We
currently have a patent- pending for these designs.
They are truly unique, incredibly functional and ready
to install effortlessly. They are not pictured in our
catalog at this time, please call for information.

We also manufacture a new, re-usable High-density
polyethylene Pole Foundation Templates.

All of the materials used in our products are
manufactured in the U.S.A.

What We Do

We manufacture high-quality, uniquely designed
underground utility devices. Several designs are
patent-pending! We serve individual contractors large and
small, utility companies and wholesale distributors. All
products are manufactured and fully assembled at our
warehouse - not at your job site. This saves you labor and
money in the field!

to all buyers and pursuant to Purchase Orders shall be of
good materials and workmanship, free from defects, and
shall conform to the specifications, drawings or samples
specified or furnished from Buyer. This warranty shall
survive any inspection, delivery, acceptance or payment by
Buyer. Arizona Templates, Inc. also warrants
that all Goods delivered hereunder shall be merchantable
and fit for their intended purpose.
