In the early days, the company began operations with only 2 employees, Greg Harris (Founder) and Jim Hale (1st team member) utilizing a sparse 450 square foot office on the south side of Indianapolis. Shortly after, they invited long-time friends Jack Laffey and Lee Johnson to join in on the new venture. Together, with their extensive industry experience and tireless work ethic; they built the foundation enabling BHD's success today. By the end of 2005, BHD was rapidly expanding its operation. Having outgrown its original space, the company moved "across the parking lot" to a larger 1500 square foot office that could accommodate a larger sales force. Initial office recruits; Blair Crawford, Brian Imburgia, and Brett Sprunger, are still with the company today. Many current essential team members soon followed. Throughout the years, BHD has continued to evolve and increase its competitive presence within the industry. Currently, headquartered in downtown Indianapolis, our 12,000 square foot office is a hub of transportation and logistics activity. Consistently reporting over 60% growth annually, sales revenue is expected to reach $50 million in 2012. With over 70 employees throughout the United States, our staff is busy daily communicating with customers and carriers in the procurement of over 40,000 loads per year.
