Big Country Restaurant & Refrigeration Service, Inc. was started in 1984 as a Texas Corporation and is wholly owned by David and Kay Cramer. The Company's principal place of business has been at 1349 Tracy Lynn Drive in Abilene for over 20 years. In 1996 a second service location was added in San Angelo.

At Big Country Restaurant & Refrigeration Service, Inc., we sell our reputation for quality, reliability and professionalism as much as we sell our products and services. Our purpose was and still is to be recognized as a leader in restaurant and refrigeration repair services the North-Central Texas business community. The manner in which we approach our customers is always helpful, courteous and professional.

We are sales driven through quality service. Our growth is through a knowledgeable staff. We are honest in our dealings with all who come through our doors and cognizant of trends and customer needs. We carry many major brands of parts for all types of restaurant equipment, refrigeration equipment, walk-ins, ice machines, etc. in our warehouse. We also carry a wide range of new and used equipment.
