Byers, Inc. has developed a quality control program that is comparable to any company within the frame work of our industry.

We have proven to our clients that Byers, Inc performs each task with the utmost regards to quality.

Our validation plan is designed to assure conformance to all drawings and specifications throughout our projects. Our validation services will assure documented variation that the materials used and the work performed conforms to the applicable codes and standards.

Our code work has always been performed in compliance with ASME and NBIC codes.

We also coordinate the collection and disposition of all validation documentation in a turnover package.

We charge our supervision and quality control managers to conduct their projects with the highest regards to the designated codes to which apply.

Our site representatives identify problems and initiate nonconformance reports so that proper corrective action can be implemented. These problems include unacceptable workmanship, procedural violations, use of non-approved materials, improper material handling and storage practices.

Our site representatives participate in the final acceptance and walk-down of all areas prior to final submittal to the owner.
