Company Summary

Cambridge has proposals for major power plants in Iraq and in Kurdistan via a joint venture with the Mentor Group International, Ltd. They have offices in Thailand, Greece and Australia. We are waiting for a US signed agreement for US to start work. The plants will produce over 500 Mega Watts of power and could be completed in 3 years.

The company has submitted a bid to the Dominican Republic to produce a power plant up to 440 MW. The bid process will be completed soon.

We are still trying to expand our presence in Bangladesh by consistently meeting with the Bangladesh Power Development Board. Our management staff will meet with a South American group to discuss a major power plant for Peru and Chile, which have been on the drawing boards.

We are expanding our real estate division in Cambridge Management Group, Ltd. by joining forces with Charles Everhardt in forming a commercial Real Estate Network, located in Hallandale, FL. The company will buy and sell commercial property such as hotels, shopping malls, retail stores, office buildings and also multi-family housing. Charles Everhardt has a proven record of accomplishments in the commercial market. At present, he is working with some major real estate holding corporations in the world to expand their portfolios.
