Chaves Consulting, Inc. (CCI) was founded by Richard Chaves in 1984 to help rural Eastern Oregon government agencies meet increasing administrative demands in the face of decreasing staff sizes and tightening budgets. Over the years, CCI's cost-effective solutions have expanded to support agencies across the country, including private sector accounts.
Since 2002, the company has expanded by adding back-office services which include a customer call-center that provides USA-based English language support with the quality of services that far exceed off-shore non-native tongue organizations. Other back-office solutions include providing software training and support, printing, discount mailing, accounts receivable and other administrative services.
Kathleen Chaves, CEO, joined CCI in 1993. Kathleen spent ten years with IBM as a Business Process Specialist and Marketing Manager. She focused on providing solutions to clients of all sizes in a diversity of industries, and won many awards for providing outstanding customer solutions.
Richard and Kathleen's focus on delivering quality customer services and systems knowledge have resulted in long-term customer loyalty. The family-friendly job opportunities that CCI provides, attracts skilled, long-term, customer centered employees.
