Our services include pre-construction planning, design/build construction, project preparation and counsel, progress scheduling, property / building maintenance contracts, renovations, new construction and construction management.

We have a staff of highly experienced managers, estimators, foreman, carpenters and laborers.

Our Experience
We provide 18 plus years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
COR was formed by husband and wife, Cory and Tina Shover, with a quality staff of committed people with positive attitudes and a high level of skill and experience in the construction industry.
We have extensive experience in Retail Tenant Improvements, Shell Preparation, Interior Office, Restaurant Renovations and Design/Build Construction. We take an active role in coordinating design and managing new construction projects for various styles and types of Facilities.
We have extensive experience with hotel renovations, fitness center construction and renovation.
We do industrial/commercial construction involving manufacturing plant renovations, concrete trench forming, and installation/clean room construction.
We have extensive experience in health care facility work including exam rooms and procedure rooms.
