Bill advanced through the ranks as an educator and principal in the North Carolina school system before becoming a small business owner. Bill recognized a need to service libraries and is the visionary behind our business.

What started as a desire to fill a need in the library community turned into a modern day subscription agency providing full service to Academic, Public, Government, School, Medical and Special libraries across the nation.

This small business has since evolved into a multi-million dollar corporation. While still ranked as a small business in our commodity, there is nothing small about the services and technology provided. WT Cox is the premier information service partner.

WT Cox is known industry-wide for our level of service and commitment to libraries. Employing an experienced, friendly team of professionals with diverse backgrounds in the library business, WT Cox takes great pride in the reputation we built.
