He builds upon more than twenty-five years of market research experience, working as a corporate market research manager and as an external consultant.Dr. Rutter has extensive research experience addressing brand management and extension. He participated and consulted on the launch of a major financial services organization which over the course of three years grew from market entrant to one of the most significant players in the industry. Bob also consulted in the launches of early growth of a major Internet incubator company and one of the first high-speed Internet service providers in the country.Bob has worked extensively in perception and attitudinal research in a variety of industries and has managed and implemented numerous projects in new product development, advertising, direct marketing, segmentation and pricing.Bob led a market research effort that produced the research-derived agenda that culminated in winning the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He was responsible for research on the creation and implementation a successful loyalty program.Dr. Rutter has conducted hundreds of quantitative market research studies and led and analyzed thousands of qualitative efforts with both focus groups and in-depth interviews.Dr. Rutter graduated from Duke University and earned his Ph.D. from Rutgers University.
