DOCS was founded in 1988 with the simple business plan of delivering office supplies overnight to Florida's State Agencies at heavily discounted prices. This business flourished due to the excellent pricing and outstanding customer service we provided to the State. DOCS ventured into the commercial furniture business in 1995 with Herman Miller as our lead contract line, largely due to our customer demands for such products and services. DOCS expanded into central Florida opening a facility in Gainesville in order to properly service the sales territory assigned to us by Herman Miller. We again expanded our furniture operations in late 2001 by opening a 9, 000 square foot showroom in Tallahassee. There, we display a wide assortment of traditional commercial office furniture along with home office furniture solutions and other accessories such as area rugs, silk plants, lamps, and artwork. DOCS has grown from meager beginnings consisting of just two employees to employing 40 associates who are committed to complete customer satisfaction. With 2008 projected revenues of $12 million, we are continuing our robust growth. LOCATIONS Our corporate office is located at 3360 Raymond Diehl Business Lane. We have 30 employees at this location. Our location in Gainesville is 6911 NW 22nd Street, Gainesville FL 32653. The Gainesville location has 10 full time employees. BUSINESS SEGMENTS DOCS has four distinct business segments - Commercial & Governmental Office Supplies; Commercial & Governmental Office Furniture; Retail Commercial and Residential Furniture Showroom; and Custom Promotional Products. OFFICE SUPPLIES Our office product offering consists of approximately 30, 000 items which include traditional office products, toners, custom stamps & folders, janitorial items, and break room supplies. We leverage our State of Florida office supplies sales volume into substantial cost savings from our suppliers, which allows us to offer significant cost savings to our customers. You can order by phone, fax, or use our state-of-the-art Internet Online Ordering System. Or, if you wish, our experienced account managers will be happy to stop by your office facility to inventory your supply cabinet and replenish it as needed.OFFICE FURNITURE DOCS proudly offers the Herman Miller line of furnishings featuring various designs of systems furniture and seating options including its famous Aeron chair. We also offer products from other high-end manufacturers such as Paoli, Hon, Global, Sit-on-It, and OFS to name a few. We have five full time designers on our staff who can specify and space plan for one office or 10 floors of workstations. They can also assist in fabric and finish selections. Our space planners use AutoCAD to plan and specify your work areas. This allows them to seamlessly interact with architects and contractors. We also have our own installation team who are Herman Miller trained and certified. They can assist in project management, warehousing, asset management, and modular furniture reconfigurations, all with minimal disruption to your operations. RETAIL FURNITURE Our 9, 000 square foot showroom was opened with a two-fold purpose. First, we wanted the ability to display products that will require custom ordering. This allows customers
