Echelon LLC ("Echelon") is an enterprise of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe. Recently the Tribe reached agreement with the minority owners to acquire the minority interests in Echelon. As a result, Echelon is now wholly owned by the Tribe.



Echelon formerly did business under the name Berg Integrated Systems, and was affiliated with the Berg Companies of Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The affiliation with the Berg Companies is now ending although Echelon and Berg remain on excellent terms and will continue to work together to meet customer needs.



The Tribe's further investment in Echelon reflects their confidence in Echelon's current business and prospects for growth. Echelon operates as a small business with facilities located in a designated Hub Zone and remains certified under the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) business development program.



Echelon currently manufactures 210, 000 U.S. Gallon Fuel Bladders and a line of Expandable Shelter Systems (ESS). The Echelon fuel bladder facility utilizes one of the largest vulcanizing presses in the world allowing the Company to manufacturer bladders for storage of liquids in a wide range of sizes. Our ESS line utilizes a fully equipped metal fabrication shop and paint booth. Our in-house engineering staff offers custom design and build-to-spec capabilities to provide customers with world class products on time and within budget.
