At Exterior Wall Systems, we work with general contractors and owners to attain high energy efficiency throughout their building and save money. We use EIFS, or Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems, to not only bring that eye-catching appeal your building needs but give it the best insulation from the outside. That's right; insulation from the outside can give your building more thermal protection than interior insulation. You do not have to run your heater or A/C as much, which means you save money that would go into utility bills.
Our EIFS products come from Dryvit & TEIFS. Dryvit will give your building the appearance of natural stone without the additional cost. This thermally efficient system effectively places insulation on the exterior side of the wall. Both products offer a variety of acrylic finish coatings to give your building whatever stone look you desire.
Although we do a lot of commercial work, we also do residential work. If you are building a brand new home or renovating your existing home, Exterior Wall Systems, Inc. can help. You will get the same cost-saving, energy efficient results our commercial buildings get. We maintain our high-quality standards that we use in our commercial projects and continue them in our residential projects. We insure all caulking, flashing and details are worked out before we start the project. This prevents moisture problems down the road.
We are a certified applicators for Dryvit, Senergy and TEIFS, have an EIFS Smart Contractor seal, and all of our scaffolding builders are OSHA Competent. The EIFS Smart Contractor Seal means we offer quality workmanship in exterior insulation and finish systems. Because it is a helpful tool to identify the quality performers, an increasing number of architects, spec writers, general contractors, code bodies and insurance companies are requiring this seal. To show you how distinguished this seal is to our industry, here are some of the requirements:
40% of the EIFS employees must a hold a valid certification from AWCI.
This ratio is to be carried for each project.
At least one of the certified employees must be at the decision-making or management level so that the message of "EIFS- Doing it Right" is adopted and directed from the top down.
The foreman for each EIFS project is to be AWCI certified.
An annual reporting form attests that the criteria are met on a continuing basis in order to maintain the distinction and be listed on the National Registry.
We are ready to assist you in your projects; big or small, we are here for you. If we have attained your interest, take a look at How We Work to see how we can better serve you.
