The Company operates in several segments, with the primary emphasis on Steam Carpet Cleaning, Steam Upholstery Cleaning, and Steam Pressure Washing surfaces and pavement, as well as, General Light Janitorial duties. The solvents utilized are EPA approved solvents and are created to address the issues of solvents impact on human health (such as sensitivity to solvents), the impact which solvents have when improperly delivered with excess water, f.ex. establishing or helping to establish, the conditions for mold to be created causing severe health hazards, and the effects of wastewater on plants, animals, and the environment.



The Companies clients, past and present, include local Government, Commercial, and Residential. The company has held and now holds, vending contracts with the County of Santa Barbara, California, and the City of Santa Barbara, California. The Company has operated in areas adjacent to the University of California, Santa Barbara, and within the Santa Barbara Harbor. The Company also provides cleaning services for Youth oriented organizations and Children's Clinic. In busy Office environments, Office workspace carpet cleaning is an area in which the Company can respond on short notice, and Steam cleaning allows the Office to continue operation as scheduled without any undue delays. The Company has numerous elderly clients whom depend upon a ongoing clean environment and feel comfortable and secure with our personnel.



Additional services which the company can offer are services requiring personnel with FBI security clearance and Department of Transportation security clearance. Background and Drug testing checks made as late as 2010 have been completed, and therefore, properties or business services which require secure personnel can be custom fitted to the clients needs. Also, the ability for the Company to assist in Operation or Maintenance of Vessels, Sale or Transfer of Vessels, or the need for a Notary Public falls within the Companies ability.



The Company personnel have current valid United States Transportation Workers Identification Cards (TWIC), and hold the following current and valid Licenses: United States Merchant Marine Officer Licenses for Passenger Carrying Vessels up to 200 Tons with Towing endorsements, State of California Boat and Waterways Vessel Sales License, State of California Notary Public License, and California Vehicle License. The Company personnel have previously held Hazwoper training and completion certificates for Oil Spill Response under the acronyms FORT and CERT.



The Company holds a valid City of Santa Barbara Business License, has been in business for over a decade, and is insured in accordance with the requirements of local Government Agencies and can produce a copy of its Policy upon request. No faults or liens have ever been issued against the Company.
