Prior to these positions, Mr. Cherry was the Vice President of Global Operations for Encore Capital Group (ECPG). Over his career, he has demonstrated a strong capability in building new processes, managing start-up business opportunities, and the direct turn-around of distressed organizations.

Mr. Cherry is a United States Marine Corps veteran, having served five (5) years for his country.

Finally, Mr. Cherry is a graduate of Faulkner University with a BA in Business Administration. In addition, he holds a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma Methodology and is a graduate of the School of Bank Card Management at the University of Oklahoma
