The operations of the agency are overseen by a group of voluntary Board of Directors. Like most non-profit organizations, we rely on the passion, talent and energy of our dedicated volunteers. Our volunteer Board of Directors guides our work and reviews our progress periodically.

As you go through the website you will discover that to ensure that our mission is always successful, we rely on three key elements: – Provision of a range of Services, our team and a philosophy of partnership. As a team, we try to think big and to pride ourselves on delivering uniqueness. We achieve this by listening to, and understanding the unique needs of those we serve and responding in a timely and supportive manner. We strongly believe in “Putting People First”. As an agency largely sponsored by both private and public funds, we are committed to being open and accountable to you, and we actively pursue ways to keep you informed about our activities.
