Our company was founded in 1963 by Joe Hamilton as an Electric Only company. Mr Hamilton had previously supervised one of the 10 largest electrical companies in the country for approximately 15 years.
Associated General Contractor of America-Rio Grande Valley recognized us as the "Outstanding Electrical Contractor of the Year" in 1976.In 1970 Don Wiley joined the company. Because of competition, we entered the Plumbing business in 1971. AGC - Rio Grande Valley awarded us the "Outstanding Plumbing Contractor of the Year" in 1996. In April, 2012, Hamilton A/C, Electric,& Plumbing,Inc. was recognized as "Better business Bureau of South Texas 2012 Mary G. Moad Ethics Award Winner".
In 1976, again because of competition, we entered the Air Conditioning business to provide work in conjunction with our other trades. We are a Contract and Service Company. We have provided both Contract and 24hr Service for 49 years. We not only can perform contract and new installations, but have a unique understanding of problems that can occur years later because of our experience on the repair end. Our many years on the service side of the business has also empowered us with tools not normally used by contract only companies. We have sewer line inspection cameras, sewer line jetters for grease removal and sewer line augers with the ability to auger out lines up to 400 ft from the point of entry.
Our Company has long term employees (some up to 42 years) and their combined work experience helps us provide a unique and broad range of construction background to our customers. We always aim to construct the very best building for our customers and are proud of our projects and recognitions across the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.
