H&S will, upon request, conduct periodic and/or recurring on site audits/assessments of organizations that own and operate manned or unmanned aircraft or companies that contract for commercial manned or unmanned aviation services. Our products will have a comprehensive focus on ensuring the safety, security, and effectiveness of aviation programs applicable to the type of aircraft and operations conducted. An essential element of any integrated Safety Management System (SMS) is an effective self-assessment and external validation of a companyâÂ?Â?s administrative and engineering controls to address risks in their operations. H&S provides feedback to companies using our objective and transparent assessments based on the seven principles and five core functions of an integrated SMS. Our feedback will identify a programâÂ?Â?s strengths and, where needed, cost effective solutions to correct any identified program weaknesses, specific to the companyâÂ?Â?s hazard exposure and risk. H&S will always coordinate our activities with our clients to ensure that our aviation oversight protocols for oversight are transparent, consistent with industry methodologies and those of our clientâÂ?Â?s programmatic goals and objectives.
