Impact Marketing is based in Dallas, Texas. Since 1999, we have provided video mystery shops to new home builders all over the United States, including Hawaii. Our Division Managers are thorough in communication to ensure we have the most up to date information and special instructions for your organization. Our central editing and scoring departments offer a quick turn-around of shops, and our entire team is friendly and easy to work with.

Impact Marketing Shoppers are professional shoppers.



Prior to working with us, Shoppers must complete our training program on industry lingo and home buyer behavior as well as equipment management. They must then complete a number of test shops to ensure quality behavior, camera and sound work. Before every shop, our team is coached for specific instructions, including any particular information your company has asked us to draw out. They are provided with any tools necessary to ensure they are fully prepared to get excellent results. We have a variety of customer profiles and rotate shoppers to present a variety of experiences for your sales team.



Our Equipment



To ensure top quality picture and sound, all of our equipment is hand built and managed in our division offices. Recording devices are worn on the Shopper - we do not use "bag cams" to reduce detection probability. All of our equipment employs the best technology to ensure reliability and the clearest end-product for our clients.
