LOSHAW Thermal Technology is pleased to provide you with our 30 years experience of meeting the insulation needs of mechanical contractors and manufacturers operating within the commercial and industrial market of south central Pennsylvania. We are proud to provide you with employees certified in all thermal mechanical insulation techniques, and PVC and metal jacketing layouts. Our employees submit to annual federal and state security background clearances in compliance with Pennsylvanian act 114, and have attended five years of apprenticeship training. We put our experience and knowledge to work for you at the most competitive prices.

LOSHAW will provide installations to specifications, efficient setups and cost saving methods for all aspects on mechanical systems and equipment. We understand the requirements and needs of mechanical contractors and manufacturers. We are committed as an insulation contractor to compliment your quality piping and equipment projects with our finished product. Our employees take pride in their work and we plan to maintain that reputation. We also recognize our insulation installments are the last thing the customer sees and we are dedicated on providing a superior finished product. ENERGY APPRAISALS
Wendy Bittner of LOSHAW is our In-House Certified Insulation Energy Appraiser. She has been certified by the National Insulation Association and has been trained on how to effectively evaluate energy efficiency of insulated or under-insulated processes in facilities.

She will provide you with a comprehensive assessment of the piping and equipment. Also determine the potential dollar savings that can be obtained by replacing missing or damaged insulation or upgrading the insulation system, calculate the number of pounds of greenhouse gas that could be prevented from release into the atmosphere, insulation thickness required for condensation control, personnel protection, surface temperatures and the estimated return on investment.

We offer the assessment for FREE if we are awarded the insulation service contract. That's an assessment savings of $100-$200 per hour.
