Mission Statement:
Our fundamental mission is to preserve and renew the well-being of our patients.
We believe in preventive medicine and in a "whole person" approach to health care. An individual is more than just the sum of body parts or what appears on the skin surface. We do not focus exclusively on one technology trend, treatment modality or product. We focus on what will best serve the patient as a whole person, consistent with sound medical care and practice. We believe in continuity of care.
We are committed to consumer advocacy, safety, education, and strive to promote medical professionalism and integrity.
Recognition of primacy of consumer welfare: We are dedicated to serving the individual interests of the consumer on the premise that the interventions are compatible with ethical practice and appropriate care.
Recognition of patient autonomy: We respect consumer autonomy: We must be honest with consumers and empower them to make informed decisions about their care.
