Collectively, these parties represent several decades of extensive experience in healthcare logistics and operations, supply chain management; material acquisition, facilities and equipment planning and information technology development.

MTS is currently providing information management/architecture development and program management support program management projects for Department of Defense (DOD). Our most successful DOD contract work is in the Healthcare Facility Planning Agency and Defense Health Agency (DHA), under which MTS provides program management support for the planning and construction of the Army’s Medical Facility Projects and associated data analysis. To date, MTS has been issued 300 delivery orders valued at more than $36M, to provide quality medical facilities and equipment planning with highly professional construction project managers, clinical planners, master planners, mechanical engineers, architects, medical logisticians, biomedical maintenance equipment technicians, and administrative support to assist HFPA in their oversight of the medical components of new construction and major renovations on military hospitals and health, dental, and veterinary clinics.

Over the past 10 years, MTS has provided medical logistics support to the United States Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) by purchasing medical and dental supplies/equipment/kits, providing temperature controlled storage, and building and shipping over 8,000 major medical assemblages with over 600,000 component line items to meet DoD military medical requirements for DOD’s military units in the United States and overseas (Iraq, Afghanistan and other locations). MTS re-competed and was awarded a new 5 year IDIQ contract valued at $49.9M in 2009, following the completion of the first 5 year IDIQ contract, to continue providing support to USAMMA. In 2010, MTS was also awarded an IDIQ contract to provide prime vendor support to the Marines. Under this contract, MTS is purchasing medical and dental supplies and equipment for the Marine’s Authorized Medical Assemblage Listings and Authorized Dental Assemblage Listings (AMALs/ADALs) and already has awards for 47 AMALs valued at over $24M.

On 14 July 2014, MTS moved its location from Falls Church, Virginia, to Stafford, Virginia, with the intent of growing its small business in program management and facility management and logistics support. With its information technology, health care facility management and logistics, and program management background, MTS is able to provide larger companies with quick access to the right resources at a much lower cost and overhead, while enabling them to achieve their social economic goals.
