Our mission is to provide an overall approach to wellness focusing on the physical, spiritual, mental and metaphysical.  Our goal is to ensure that all our services are simple and stress free.  Our wish is that we can also teach you techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life that will continue the progress that we make together. All our services are one on one and personalized to your needs and desires, we do not believe in using standard approaches when it comes to your wellness.  We strongly believe in providing non-judgemental services providing you a safe place to heal.
 
The company credentials include: Ordained Reverend, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Level 1 Practitioner, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, certification as a fitness trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).  We are both retired from the Army and have been working in the in the medical field for a long time. 
 
We have a great amount of life experience to draw upon that provides us with a very diverse approach to working with people.  We have worked with numerous people that are going through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship problems.  This provides us with a great platform and knowledge that enables us to relate and talk with anyone and everyone.
 
Our belief is that we all have great potential within ourselves to achieve our dreams and goals.  Sometimes it just takes a little jump start and awakening to this ability within ourselves.  Our sincere desire is to help you unlock this potential and excel at your life goals. This company was formed on the basis of helping people achieve those things in life that seem so out of reach.
