National CORE has worked with local government to plan, design, build, and manage mixed use projects that promote balanced living.

National CORE understands that family services aimed at child and youth development promotes economic prosperity. Families who have access to high quality and affordable child care are better able to seek employment, higher education, and other services that financially benefit the household. In this spirit, National CORE is implements child care, after-school programs, and preschool programs when space and resources are available. Long-Term Management
National CORE's organizational model includes a full-service property management division. Property Management is responsible for the long term maintenance and success of every National CORE community. By managing its portfolio in-house, National CORE is certain that the expectations of quality are upheld.
