When Abby and Frank Santos established No Ka Oi Plants on Kauai in 1977, they were doing what they loved -- providing and maintaining instant natural beauty for commercial and resort customers. At the time, they probably had no idea how fast their company would flourish and grow.

The Santos' strong commitment to exceptional quality and service earned them an unequaled reputation on the west side of Kauai. Exceptional service and quality garnered No Ka Oi a loyal following that evolved into the large-scale loyal commercial and resort landscaping business No Ka Oi enjoys today.

Frank's outstanding creativity in landscape design coupled with Abby's business acumen and friendly outlook has grown No Ka Oi into a major, trend-setting company, geared exclusively to the landscaping needs of the commercial, resort, and high-end residential development industries. We have 3 divisions, 26+ employees, and a full 13-acre private nursery where we grow plants exclusively for our clients.

At No Ka Oi, we have maintained and grown our loyal following through two hurricanes, six presidents, and 30+ years of successes. We look forward to growing No Ka Oi for many more gorgeous, sustainable decades to come.
