Northeast Care Center, Inc. (NCC) is licensed by the State of Ohio and under contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (CCBMR/DD). NCC was formed in 1979 and capitalized and reorganized in 1981 by Bruce Folkerth to provide residential and habilitation services to persons with disabilities. NCC's staff includes Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals (QMRPs) and experienced Habilitation Assistants.





The purpose of NCC is to provide residential and habilitative services developmentally disabled individuals.



We provide a balance between the therapeutic and homelike environment, in order to develop skills that enable our residents to assimilate into the community.



At Northeast Care Center, Inc. we devote our resources to enable each resident to reach his/her highest level of development (Rise 'N Shine).



We offer a variety of services & residential settings that allow the best opportunity for our clients to Rise 'N Shine.
