OPTIMAL HEALTH CARE INC was founded in 2009 as a Residential
service agency providing health care services to a diverse group of
clients in the Western Maryland region. We are a Nurse owned and
operated Health Services Company that prides itself in providing
quality health care services to our patients. Our patient services
include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy,
Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy and Home Health Aide. We have
extensive experience in providing and coordinating services for the
elderly and for individuals with disabilities. We currently provide
these services to private-pay clients as well as clients within the
Living at Home, Older Adult and Rare and Expensive Medicine (REM)
Medicaid waiver programs. We also accept some insurance plans. Over
the years, we have expanded our services to include Fingerprinting,
Academy, Staffing, Pharmacy, and Durable medical equipment.

We are a licensed provider with the Maryland Department of Public
Safety and Correctional Services. Under this license we render
maryland state and federal background check 9fingerprinting) services
to our employees and the public.

Our Academy division offers educational services to our employees and
the public. We offer Medication Technician, Cardio Pulmonary
Resuscitation (CPR) and first Aid training classes to the public.

In addition to the above services we are also a licensed staffing
agency in the state of Maryland. We provide staffing services to
health facilities in the western region of Maryland.

We are also a licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME)company. We
supply equipment to patients in the Washington county area.

Last but not least, we also operate a Pharmacy in the Hagerstown area,
which sells medication to some of our patient as well as the public at
large.

In the last two years, we have significantly enhanced the quality of
our services and successfully obtained accreditation from the
Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) for our home health
