March 1993 QuinStar Technology, Inc. is founded



April 1997 Acquisition of all business assets of Cernex, Inc., a San Jose-based Microwave Amplifier company



November 1998 QuinStar moves to its current 44, 000 sq. ft. facility in Torrance, California



November, 2002 Acquisition of Millimeter Products, Inc. (MPI), a New Hampshire-based Millimeter-Wave Components company



January 2004 Acquisition of Berkshire Technology, Inc., an Oakland, California-based Cryogenic Amplifier company
