RightAnswers, Inc. was founded in 2001 as a management buyout from ServiceWare, Inc. The Company's revenues and overall position has grown consistently since then. RightAnswers' revenue mix sheds light on the solid business foundation it has built. No single client accounts for more than 2% of revenues, services as a component of product license revenues are less then 15% and the recurring revenue from maintenance and subscriptions continues to grow, with a current renewal rate being 92%. Ninety percent (90%) of the client base consists of organizations ranging from in size of 5,000 to 250,000 employees across all industries including Higher Education, Federal Government, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Financial Services. The company generated 20% of its total revenues from international regions in 2010, and 30% in 2011 & 2012.
