Trillium Health Care Products has a history of acquiring underutilized facilities in the Personal Care and Health Care industries and improving the performance in these facilities through a combination of volume growth, capital investment in both equipment and systems and the implementation of world class manufacturing practices.
In 1993 Trillium acquired our first facility in Perth, Ontario from the Andrew Jergens Company and followed soon afterwards with the acquisition of the Brockville, Ontario site from Warner Lambert . Trillium entered the U.S. market in 2003 with the acquisition of Procter and Gamble?s Ivorydale facility, one of the largest Soap manufacturing operations in the world.
In 2005, Richardson Capital bought a majority position in Trillium and remains the primary owner and largest shareholder (Richardson Capital Web-site). Over the course of the past several years, Trilliums management team has consolidated the business into the Brockville, Ontario site for all Health Care Products and the Cincinnati, Ohio site for all Personal Care Products. These moves, combined with the establishment of long term supply agreements with some of the best known Consumer Products Groups in North America, have enabled Trillium to become one of the leading contract manufacturing businesses in North America.
