Charles Burris, President of TexStar Energy, has over 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry; in addition, he has experience as the former General Manager of the Arlington Division of Timber Tech, a subsidiary of a NYSE listed company. Mr. Burris and his family have a long history in the Caldwell and Guadalupe County area, and he has used his business and personal connections in the area to locate and develop a substantial number of oil and gas properties. Mr. Burris, along with TexStar Energy and its personnel, operated in excess of 1,500 wells for Cal Tex Energy Company for over 10 years.
