**COVID-19 UPDATE**
As you are aware, The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities has implemented a temporary suspension of visitation to our residential programs in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Effective 3/25/2020, OPWDD has also directed the suspension of home visits and community outings.
We recognize these policies are difficult for families, but they are temporary and necessary measure to reduce transmission of COVID-19 in our communities. In an effort to balance health and safety the social-emotional needs and prevent isolation, we are offering alternatives for you to connect with your loved ones, such as telephone, Facetime, Skype, Zoom, etc,
If you prefer to care for your loved one in your own home home during the extraordinary time, please contact Ann Charette at 518-572-3908 so we can discuss options and supports that may be available to you. We appreciate your support and cooperation as we work to sustain connections with loved ones and families, while prioritizing the health and safety of the people we support, our staff members and our community.
