Bar Method studio owners are required to teach classes, serve as models for their teachers, and maintain a high quality of teaching at their studios. Therefore, we will only consider someone for a franchise who has done The Bar Method for at least 3 months at an existing Bar Method studio or with The Bar Method DVDs. It starts with a warm-up, free-weight exercises and push-ups and moves on to intense leg and seat work at the bar, then abdominal work at the bar and on mats. Every exercise includes active stretching and is followed by additional stretching to elongate the muscles just worked. 8.
