A Brief History P M Services was founded in 1986 in California by the company's President & CEO, Carole Metour as a woman-owned business. Ms. Metour has full interest in the Company as the sole owner. The Company was founded on a concept that included many of the stringent management and operational standards set by the JCAHO.P M Services moved its operations to Florida in 1993 and was incorporated as The Preventive Maintenance Services Company becoming the P M Services Company of today. The successor company assumed all assets and liabilities of the former and the California entity was formally dissolved in 1995. P M Services focuses its efforts in the area of Commercial Facilities Maintenance, as well as the provision of management, operations and support services to various components of the public sector. Headquartered in St Petersburg, Florida, P M Services has grown to over 200 professionals and craftsmen across its network of contract obligations. P M Services' gross revenue has been a slow and steady growth to $25.5 in 2011. The P M Services' accounting system (Deltek) was audited and approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). P M Services received its 8(a) certification from the Small Business Administration (SBA) in July 2001 and successfully completed the program in 2010 for performance of work under NAICS Code 561210. The majority of contracts with the Federal Government have been awarded competitively, either as a small business set-aside or on an unrestricted competitive basis in which we have been determined by the Government to provide the Best Value. The Company is currently performing facilities operations and maintenance contracts for various military and governmental agencies.
