Timekeepers, Inc. started in 1990 during a visit to a south Texas ranch to buy steers. This ranch had a gate guard for their oil and gas wells, but they saw some things that could be changed. Since this Timekeepers goal was to provide the customer and the people they come in contact with outstanding service.



We worked all the gates we could for the fist few years, but found we needed more people to satisfy the requests. We started hiring quality individuals to provide consistent service. We began to train our guards and became a member of DISA. This training ensures all guards used are FBI background checked and drug tested. We will also train our guards to meet your security goals. We currently offer unarmed and armed guards for your needs.



We have been licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Bureau. We are proud to be licensed in an industry where very few have taken the time and effort to do so. Since 1999 with our License is B-07504.

From my years in the Oil & Gas Industry, I know the importance of good landowner relationships. In working with the Producer to promote and protect those relationships as well as secure the Producers investment, I've found the entrance to the lease to be a key component of this relationship and security. Competence and professionalism are a must for guarding that gate, as they are in the forefront of representing the Producer and the way they do their business. Over the years, I've been able to work for Producers which employ the services of Timekeepers Inc. and their gate guards have performed very well. On several occasions which required subsequent lease work on a property, the Landowner has requested the same gate guard service and even the same guard. This speaks well of those relationships.
