Founded in 2010, V2's objective is to develop instant brand recognition as providers of Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) line and depot maintenance services for military and civil sectors. V2's management team has significant experience in exceeding the expectations of customers in the aerospace industry.

MANAGEMENT TEAM:


Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder: An experienced aerospace executive, our CEO has over 20 years of commercial airline experience, primarily in senior or executive management positions. Starting as an FAA licensed mechanic, he has held senior manager positions in Heavy Maintenance, Maintenance Control, 14CFR FAR 119 Director of Line Maintenance and Managing Director of Quality, Maintenance Programs and Training at international airlines. V2's CEO has also led a startup airline and a major regional airline as their VP of Technical Operations. Our CEO has extensive global operating experience as an executive leading Field Service, Product Support, Training and Ops Centers in Defense, Business Aviation and Commercial Air Transport markets at a major aerospace manufacturer. He has participated in numerous industry committees including Human Factors training design, Risk Assessment, Continuous Analysis and Surveillance and Air Traffic Management.


President, Co-Founder: In the Air Force, our President served as an Airframe and Power plant mechanic and was active in Desert Storm. He took those talents and experiences to the airline industry, holding several leadership positions including Manager and Director of Maintenance with both a major regional and an international airline. Our President has extensive experience in the realm of training, having served as COO for Aviation and UAS with a leading, regional Technical College.


Chief People Officer, Co-Founder: Our Chief People Officer completed her dual PhD in Organizational Leadership and Psychology and holds a Masters of Human Resources Management. She has extensive experience working in global markets in both the airline and technology industries including Director of a large start-up airline, VP of Corporate Communications and InFlight Services at a major regional air carrier, and Sr. VP of Human Resources with a privately held technology company. She has developed and led the organizational development for a major healthcare organization and been an adjunct professor at the Universities of North Dakota, Minnesota and Mary.

Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder: Our COO's career has included international operating experience, station startup, regulatory compliance and audit responsibilities. He holds degrees in Aviation Technology, Aviation Maintenance and an FAA Airframe and Power plant Mechanics license. He has held several leadership positions including the Manager of Maintenance Control a start-up airline, Manager of Maintenance Inspection with with an international carrier, Director of Maintenance with a regional airline, and Aviation Program Director with a leading, regional Technical College.
