Brian Cavett, Owner and President, has been in the industry of satellite and cable technologies for 16 years. He is an entrepreneur operating on large expectations of himself and his staff. Starting early in life, he gave the people he serviced the proper attention they deserved and the quality they expected and has built his company on this model and referrals. Brian has an extensive staff including 20+ contactors and employees to help complete Dish Network sales, installs, and repairs. The most recent endeavor that Brian has included into his wide array of service options is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) where he can service local communities with affordable high speed internet.

Chris Sampson, Vice President of Information Technology, brings over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications field along with a Business Degree in Information Technology. Chris has joined Brian in his endeavor to give customers what they want; affordable internet and television, with great customer service. Like Brian, Chris is also an entrepreneur and started early in life learning from mentors on how to listen and hear what customers want so it can be done correct the first time. Chris has also worked with national integration companies like Cross Com National, and Volt Telecom to service and remodel Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Rite Aid, Kohl's phone, internet and audio systems. He has setup and consulted 4 WISP projects and installed 3 networks as well as mail, and web servers.

Vision Quest is commissioned by third party commercial companies to install and service MDU units in hotels for Marriot and other local chains. Recently, Vision Quest has been asked to travel out of state for Dish Network to complete service and install orders. This move will only strengthen what Vision Quest has to offer; we are a single point of contact for the end user including the ability to customize each installation for the customer and custom brand all equipment for the specialized installs.

Though economic hardships have hit much of the state of Michigan, Vision Quest stays on top with its 40 years combined leadership experience listening and taking care of the customers the first time by providing high quality technology and service.
