Wingate Architectural Millworks has been producing millwork since 1996 and is housed in a modern 55,000 square foot facility centrally located in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Wingate's focus for manufacture has been the upscale hospitality, institutional and tenant improvement markets. We are a turn-key fabricator as well as installer for all the work we do. In
addition, we service the contiguous United States and limited international locales.

At Wingate, quality is our upmost concern, we use only the best equipment including SCMI molders, sanders, panel saw and even our newest addition a SCMI CNC router. We take all of our products from raw, un-surfaced, kiln dried wood and turn it into the materials we use. Our moulding department makes custom templates and then grinds custom knives to use in our moulder so that each base moulding, chair-rail, door casing and crown mould is truly unique.

Wingate uses top quality materials and manufacturing processes to give the client a quality cabinet that will stand the test of time. We work with a variety of species of wood limited only to the designer's specifications including but not limited to Maple, Oak, Birch, Walnut, Mahogany, Makore, Jequitiba, Zebrawood and others. Our panel products include items such as: Veneer core plywood, MCP (melamine clad panels) MDF (medium density fiberboard) Industrial Grade Particle board are also used during construction.

The shop finishes all the stained millwork we produce, we also prime sand ready to paint, any and all products required to have a painted finish. Wingate has a separate 5000 square foot finish room that we can unsure a controlled environment to give us superior finish capabilities.

We are especially concerned about the environment and the growing need to accommodate the Green Building movement. Our Company is also an active member of the USGBC. We have worked on several LEED jobs and understand product procurement methods and requirement of appropriate materials to help you achieve the correct LEED points for your project.
